Pastor D.k Olukoya Asserts On The Importance Of Believers To Cry Out To God During Prayers

As much as prayer is concerned, there is a cliche concerning it, “the shouting side, is the winning side”.

Since the time of Seth in the 1st century, prayers have been offered to God fervently. The level with which men call on God has evolved over the years. Also, calling on God and the intensity with which it is projected, varies from generation to another, and from one race to another. When it comes to prayers, Christians channel their prayers to Jehovah, the God of the jews, and the creator of the universe, the God of all.

Dr Dk Olukoya of the Mountain of fire and miracles ministries has spoken more on the importance and necessity required in shouting to heaven, to God on particular prayer that believers might need to pray to Him. This being that, after several years and days of incessant prayers and shouting to God, He would hear from heaven and grant the requests. Believers are always advised to shout to God, loudly in their various requests from Him.

Blind Bartimeus cried unto God and his incessant cries were answered. Crying unto God is an act of desperation and it is an expression of faith, which goes right to affirm your trust and dependence on God for miracles and answers to your particular prayers.

In crying to God, the following acts are laid bare, in the presence of God for appreciation:

1. A complete surrender to the will of God.

2. You acknowledge the desperation of your situation and seek the only means available that is genuine where it could be resolved.

3. Your life is in the hands of God.

4. The care of this world, is no longer your concern.

5. You have sought after God, not mammon.

Satan is always afraid of the desperate man, who does not care about the trials and travels of this world but seeks God, only. As I timed earlier, prayer varies, from generation to another, from one race to another, and from one tribe, Jn a society, to the other. But, one thing is very significant about prayers offered from genuine and sincere hearts towards God, they are every answered, and perfected with the will of God.
