Pastor David Ibiyeomie, General Overseer of Salvation Ministries, has threatened to tear anyone apart and kill him if he insults Bishop David Oyedepo.
He first dropped the bombshell in February and repeated it during a sermon on Sunday.
Ibiyeomie does not mind if someone insults him or his wife, but touching Oyedepo means death for any adversary who violates Christ’s forgiveness doctrine.
He once threatened critic Daddy Freeze with death for insulting Oyedepo. “I will kill (Daddy Freeze) you,” says the Pastor. I am going to crush you. “I curse your birthdate.”
On Sunday, however, he reiterated his threat: “I can tell you something: there are people you insult, and I will not forgive you.” In real life, the first person you will offend and I will not forgive you is Oyedepo.
“Insult me, insult my wife, I don’t care but if you take your mouth to touch my wife you are touching me. If you insult Oyedepo I will kill you; and that’s how God is. You know why? If Bishop Oyedepo was not alive my Christianity would have been nonsense.
