Pastor David Ibiyeomkie while preaching, reveals what makes God to favour someone.
According to him, he said “It is your obedience to God’s instructions that makes God move to act in your favor, not your tears.
Obedient to God’s Instruction In simple terms means hearing the word of God and acting on it. It implies aligning our will to God’s will; doing what God has asked us to do. It is when we completely surrender to His authority and base our decisions and our actions on His Word.
Furthermore, Obedience to God is not only a way to worship him, but a way to get closer to him, prepare for whatever he leads you to, and grow as a person.
As Christians, we know we are not saved by our works but that our faith without works is dead (James 2:26). Therefore, If we obey what He says, then He promises that He’ll save us, watch over us, favor us, take care of us, and give to us our needs.
