Apostle Johnson Suleman, the founder and presiding cleric of the Auchi-based Omega Fire Ministries, has shared a video of a message he gave on leadership roles and why people don’t comprehend or grasp everything it takes to rule yet still criticize leaders on their official Facebook pages.

As stated by the cleric, beginning at 0:16 in the video, he has revealed in his words regarding a leadership position and the mentality of people that, while people could easily condemn and castigate leaders for some of their mistakes and some of their unpopular decisions, if they were actually in those positions, they would realize it is not as simple as they thought.

The priest also used the example of when a candidate for vice chancellor of an institution starts to criticize and question some of the things that the incumbent vice chancellor did not accomplish or did not do correctly. He would not know what it takes to run the office because he is still aspiring and has not yet attained the position, but as soon as he does, he will learn that it is not as simple as it first appears.
