Pastor Kumuyi warns that living in poverty might lead to enslavement.

Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, who is the general superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, has talked about things that can hold people hostage.

The man of God said in a video posted to his verified Facebook page that the blood of Jesus represents freedom and that the will of heaven cannot be altered. According to him, death transcends a person’s physical separation from the planet. “Death is separation from God,” he said. He claimed that salvation was an individual experience rather than a shared one. He said that illness is like incarceration since it enslaves individuals and prevents them from carrying out their daily tasks.
