The General Overseer of the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche spoke an hour ago at 2022 General Assembly Leadership Conference in Malawi via a live broadcast on his church’s YouTube handle. The pastor while speaking at the event, revealed 2 things Nigerian leaders and others should avoid while in power.
According to Pastor Dr. Paul Enenche from 55 minutes into the video: “These points are particularly for our leaders. Do not struggle to make a name, just make impacts. Don’t struggle to be respected, just display character. If you do this, others will follow. Impact is the answer to insults. In court, evidence is the point of argument.
“Also, leaders, place impact above comfort. Live a life where your presence is felt while you are on assignment and your absence is noticed when you are longer there. If your presence is not felt, your absence can never be noticed. If your presence was not felt and your absence was not also noticed, then you were never needed for the job. Don’t stay there!”
