Pastor Oluwasegunfunmi Oluwasinaayomi, a pastor at the Christ Apostolic Church, while talking to BBC YORUBA, recounted his past life and the evil he did in the past before God saved his soul. After his confession, he then sent an important message to the youths.
In the VIDEO, he said, “My advice for the youths is that, if you know that you have a dream of your future, flee from cult groups.” However, he then spoke to those who are already entangled in it. He read from the book of Isaiah 28:18 which says, “And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it. He said that he understands that scenario and by faith, they can be set free.
However, he then warned them that even if they repent and turn away from it, a sinner will not go unpunished. They will either suffer it from those with whom they commit crimes together before or from the government. This is a message to us, that we need to be careful about every step we take in life. We should know that there is always a reward for evil either immediately or in the future. God will help us in Jesus’ name.
