The news that popular Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho gave the Fulani Herdsmen seven days ultimum to vacate Oyo state has sparked reactions on social media as pastor Tunde Bakare has taken his time to advice him on his proposed actions.
According to the Daily post Nigeria, A prominent man of the gospel PASTOR BAKARE – the Overseer of the Citadel Global Community Church in Lagos. Pastor has revealed that he spoke with the Yoruba rights activist, Sunday Adeyemo amid the Fulani herdsmen crisis rocking the Ibarapa area of Oyo State.
Sunday Adeyemo also who is well and popular known as Sunday Igboho has earlier issued a warning to the Fulani Herdsmen in a vicinity area, Oyo state Nigeria. During an Instagram Live Chat with media mogul, Dele Momodu, on Tuesday, Pastor tunde bakare claimed he pleaded with Igboho to avoid a bloodbath.
The pastor said;
“As an individual, I found a way of reaching out to him (Igboho). I have never met him before, never spoken to him before but I reached out to him and after a while, he called me and I said, I appeal to you by the mercies of God, two wrongs cannot make a right, you have proved your point, let us find alternative solution so that there would be no bloodbath”.
It’s a privilege and a thing of Joy that the Yoruba activist has taken yield to the advice of the man of God and promise to come to Lagos in due time, but Igboho Father Fall ill and on this note he haven’t been able to come seeing the pastor on the propose date he promised to come.
The man of God has also prayed for his father to receive healing all in the name of Jesus.
