Paul Enenche Emphasizes On The Distinction Between God’s Grace And Mercy.
Many people confuse God’s mercy and grace. Dr. Paul Enenche, the general overseer of the Dunamis International Gospel Center, has clarified the distinction between God’s grace and mercy in this regard.
The Man of God claimed in a video posted to his verified Facebook page that God’s compassion and mercy are the most valuable possessions a Christian can own since one cannot be a Christian without the kindness and mercy of the God who created the universe.
Enenche stated, “The grace of God gives undeserved favor,” distinguishing it from his kindness. It is referred to as an unmerited favor because of this, but mercy spares you the repercussions of what you deserved. He went on to say that the grace of God is the reason for the ease and quickness individuals experience: “If you’ve done something bad and you deserved to be terminated, mercy will not enable you to be sacked.” He claimed that God’s mercy qualifies the ineligible.
