Exercise is any physical exercise intended to sustain or achieve physical condition. Fitness is all that helps the body so well. It may help relieve tension, raise intensity and, among other items, help with weight loss.

Several citizens enjoy jogging, others participate in sports like soccer and basketball while some go to the gym. There are numerous forms. Training is useful for everyone and pastors are not excluded from exercising.

I believe people’s minds, souls and spirits are created of people. And if men of God do pray, fast and read the Scriptures for their soul, then they have still to hold their body good by training.

In reality, shepherds cannot properly carry out the function of God if they are sick. Training helps maintain the body fit and helps to prevent disease. Fitness works. Like T, God’s kids.

I’ve written several photographs, like B Joshua, Pastor Issac Oyedepo, Apostle Johnson Suleman, Pastor Chris Ojakhilome, Esther Ajayi etc. and cycling, playing football and heading to the Gym. Only find them out. Check them out.

If pastors will stop from their pastoral work to practice and be well-fit, we can strive to do the same.
