Because a person decides to pick himself/herself up refocus and continue to live a life of purpose and be happy after a failure/mistake/setback doesn’t mean he or she is not broken/unrepentant or did not learn anything from what he or she went through
It means he or she has
1. Accepted GOD’s forgiveness and Grace
2. Forgiven himself/herself
3. Decided to fully ignore you and the way you think or talk about him/her
4. Built up an immunity to your toxicity
5. Moved on with his/her family and life trusting GOD to help him/her be and do better”
