The Night of Tribute for late gospel singer Sammie Okposo was held yesterday night, December 13th with celebrities in attendance to bid him farewell.
The singer would be laid to rest at a private interment on Thursday, December 15th, which would he strictly by invitation.
One of the touching highlights from the event was when Late Sammie’s wife, Ozioma was crying while watching her husband on the screen.
In the video, Sammie was on stage during a concert where he called his wife up stage for her to be celebrated for tolerating him even when he misbehaved.
He said,
“Could you help me celebrate my wife. I told you people, I will not pay the bride price again. Thank you babe”.
This video touched the wife who video cried profusely, while Friends and families around her tried to consoled her but she couldn’t hold back her tears.
May Sammie Okposo’s soul continue to rest in peace and May God give his family to bear the irreplaceable loss.
