Akwa Ibom State Christmas Carol Festival 2021 was one of the biggest Christmas Carol event in Nigeria in recent years. The event attracted many personalities from different parts of the country.
This year’s edition was tagged; “The Return.” According to the organizers, they chose to tagged the event “The Return” after the Christmas Carol failed to hold last year following Corona Virus outbreak.
At the event, some Nigeria State Governors were in attendance and joined their Akwa Ibom counterparts, Governor Udom Emmanuel to mark this year’s edition of Akwa Ibom State Christmas Carol Festival.
During the event which was broadcasted live on television, radio stations and social media, Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State and Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State are two Nigeria State Governors that joined Governor Udom Emmanuel to celebrate Christmas Carol Festival in Akwa Ibom. Some of their cabinet members were also in attendance at the event.
Apart from the Politicians, some popular Pastors and Reverend Fathers were also in attendance.
The United State of America based senior Pastor of The Potter’s House, Bishop T. D. Jakes and Pastor Enoch A. Adeboye of Redeemed Christian Church of Church preached preached at the Christmas Carol Festival which had thousands of people in attendance.
