WHAT A PARADOX?

BECAUSE WE HAVE SEEN MEN WHO STOOD FOR THE TRUTH GO TO ASK FOR HELP FROM MEN WHO OPERATE BY TRICKS:

The way some of us are going there won’t be a church after we are gone.

To have a church still exist even after you are gone, consider the SEVEN following THINGS:

1. Never use ‘juju’ (charms) to do ministry. Your wife and son may not subscribe to juju. Your successor may not also agree to inherit juju. Juju church always dies with the death of the juju priest.

2. If you have been delivered from the temptation of going to the devil to get juju for ministry. Don’t become a victim of smartness that cannot be communicated openly. Smartness can last for a long time. But then you must have taught someone with the same smartness that will keep the work going after you must have gone. How many people can be told certain things that are not a sin but not right in the ears? 

3. Never build everything around yourself and your wife alone, we have seen cases where husband and wife even died at the same time. At best your wife or son can be your first successor but it can never continue that way.

It must be by a well-defined structure and system.

4. Never be the only one who can do the things that make people like the church. How can a prophetic church have only one man who can prophesy?

And if others will have to prophesy by falsehood? At some point, the ministry will give birth to rebels that are fighting what is wrong even though they are also wrong themselves. This kind of battle is the most difficult to handle in ministry. When devils are fighting demons.

5. Sometimes just go away for a long time and see what will happen if you go away for a lifetime.

6. Have one person that has accepted to be there even after you are gone, and pour your operational methods into that person. Even a genuine church has some level of secrecy. That we call trade secret.

You may not believe me, but some pastors’ wives will sell the church property if their husband suddenly dies. Because the woman doesn’t believe in this church thing.

7. Operate an open book policy. Let every person know how the system runs. Put it in a book and let everyone have access to it. It is a system handbook.

Let me conclude by saying if God trusted you and called you, as imperfect as you are, why are you afraid of trusting those God sent to you?
