Omnipotent power, mercy and grace, Spirit of the living God. Fall upon us afresh tonight, give us a word from above, a word in season. Heal the sick, set someone free and let your name be glorified. Let your name be glorified in Jesus name.

I always like to explain to people why we clap in the church, everything which is an instruction in the Bible is deliberate. Clapping which is in the Bible is actually a spiritual weapon. First thing about clapping is that when you clap you are announcing war with the enemy, when you clap you are celebrating victory over Satan and you are welcoming the King of kings and Lord of lords. Let’s put our hands and welcome his power and glory, celebrate His majesty.

Matthew 13:3-9
God’s desire is your success. In fact, God’s highest wish is that you succeed (3 John 1:2).

2 Chronicles 26:5
It is the desire of God for you to make progress. Exponential growth is different, it is going beyond incremental growth. Incremental minds focus on something better. The worst staff a company can have is a good staff, good people are not easy to sack but they are not the best. You need extraordinary. The reason many people live at the level of average is that they are satisfied with increasing, not exponential growth. Exponential minds focus on making things different. The day you choose exponential success, somebody go carry gossip about you. “Na yahoo e dey do, na jazz he dey do”.

They don’t understand that you have a mind for exponential success. Mega companies, mega people have an exponential mindset. Seventeen years ago, in 2004 a young man started something simple called Facebook. Today it has 750 billion dollars. No company grows like that unless it is exponential. 750 million dollars no be beans oh, It’s more than Nigeria’s income for ten years. The ten biggest companies on earth right now did not exist 35 years ago. Microsoft is the only one that is up to 35, Google started in 1996. Google is one trillion dollars, the whole of the G.D.P of Africa is less than 2 trillion and Google alone is 1 trillion.

• Someone is coming out of their little corner.
  Such a mindset is required to confront the challenges that will arise. A man left China fifteen years ago for the United States, could not speak English, he just learnt technology from one of the Universities in China. He lands in California and nobody wants to employ him because he can’t speak English. Manages to find Webco, a company which makes apps that 2-4 people can use for video calls. He showed them they can go beyond 4 people but Americans looked down on him because he couldn’t speak English. He kept training himself and advanced from Technician to Senior Technical Manager to Vice President Technicals, they still were discriminating against him but he kept working on it. He began to tell them that you can create a system where 1,000 people can meet using telephone but they didn’t believe him. He created the platform after he had to borrow money and the company rose to 300 million dollars. Just when he thought it was a big deal, COVID came and when COVID came there was no way for churches to meet, offices to meet without ZOOM. Within 2 and half years ZOOM went from 300 million to 150 billion dollars. Whether he knows how to speak English oh or not oh, who cares. When you blow people when say your name hard to pronounce, them go call am.
• There is an exponential success coming to someone’s house. God is about to raise you to a dimension of wealth nobody in your family has entered.

Now everybody wants to see him, the same person who they refused to see before. Now the New York Times says “no one can match the standard and the quality of Zoom”. Everyone who tries, once they go past 20, the picture will be wobbly. Exponential thinking, exponential attitude, exponential success. The problem of the Nigerian person is not applying himself. We have the capacity but we don’t want to think.

Even in church, they are churches I have been to preach that I don’t want to go back even though they offer me the world. You just see that they take what you share with levity. They are not hungry. A conference like this should make you sleepless. Many are not hungry and they want success. You think driving a big car around Japka and Effurun with siren in front of you is success. That is not success, that is noise. You think it is when you wear designer shoes and when you show like this, people go say “Hey! This guy don show”.

Anything with momentum does not just move, it accelerates. Your only limit is set by yourself. The worst discrimination in life is self discrimination. A fixed mindset tends to hold people back from success, you ask someone why are you not doing well? I have no man. The man by the Pool of Bethesda, he had already rehearsed the answer for his predicament. He was looking for a man when the King of Kings was standing before him. When you lack exponential thinking and you give excuses your mind becomes fixed and you stay in the same place. We plan incremental instead of exponential. I came to push someone to get out of increase to the level of multiplication, to the level of exponential growth. Everyone can become blessed, but you need to recognise that your attitude can become your altitude.

Many have seen addition to their life, but what we are talking about is not addition. We are talking about exponential success.

• When this conference is held next year, your testimony will be outstanding.

Don’t find a passion, find a problem. I was part of those who used to teach people to follow your passion. Na passion make some people dey talk say one day I go blow, my passion na music, dey carry guitar all over town. Put the guitar aside and solve problem. Even in ministry, people are drawn to a church that has a solution to certain issues. Nobody goes to a Church of rolling stones that gathers no moss. Find a problem. Mark Zuckerberg is solving a connectivity problem, he became the saviour of the world in the area of communications. People were holding weddings on Zoom, graduations on Zoom, everybody Zoom!. He found a problem, they laughed at him when he found the problem.

• Those who laughed at you will laugh with you. They will come to your Thanksgiving.
• A dimension you have never taught about, God is bringing into your life.

To experience exponential wealth you must make a decision “I want God to prosper me. I want to be wealthy to make a difference” and then you begin to work hard towards it. Even Jesus worked. Be frugal with yourself, don’t spend everything God gives you. Invest it. 87 per cent of today’s wealthy men don’t have inherited wealth. In the history of Nigeria, I know only four families have moved their wealth for four generations. Others, the fathers made it and the children blew it. In some cases, the fathers made it, the children maintained it and the grandchildren blew it.

• Every ceiling of limitations over you is broken in the name of Jesus.
• What your fathers could never imagine you will do a thousand times.

What is Exponential success
It is your ability to rise beyond imagination, it is influenced by hard work. It is when you take an opportunity everybody has and you exceed everyone.

8 C’s THAT YOU NEED FOR EXPONENTIAL GROWTH

1. CLARITY
   Clarity means what exactly do you want? What product is in your hand? Where are you going in life? When KICC broke out in London, I knew exactly what I wanted to see and I pursued it with all my strength and God breathed on the work. It became the largest church since Christianity began in the United Kingdom. Church Gist. One Nigerian pastor now thinks “Ah! Them don bury cow for their church”. Whereas he knows in the U.K. that you can’t have a cow. No cow can come to town.
   What is your product? Who are your customers? How do you gain more customers? What do you want your product to do? What’s your goal, what’s your aspiration. Many young people in Nigeria have no clarity of where they want to go.

Decide what you want with your business, what you want with your family, what you want with your ministry. Write it down, set a deadline and make a list of what you need to do, do something every day on your most important goal and God will play his part. Sometimes Jesus will know the answer and yet He will ask a question like Bartimaeus because some people dem no want see. I don’t know if you heard the story of a young man who went to pray for beggars, after he healed one the rest ran away. Them no want see oh, because of the money when them dey take the thing make. Not everyone wants help, them like the way them dey oh.

One day I went to preach in Ikorodu, I was held up in traffic then one beggar down there said “Pastor we dey here oh”. I said “You know me?” He said “I dey watch you for my television.” You get television? Oghene! You can’t help some people because they don’t know where they are going.

2. COMPETENCE
   Some of us we think say na demon dey worry us, no be demon oh. Na lack of light when we need. You can only earn more if you are good at what you do. Competent training. Some Pastors flew in from Ukraine for this conference but there are pastors in Effurun who didn’t come, person sit down for Agbor he no come and those are the ones that’s would put up a big signboard – come to my church. Nigeria we get signboard for church oh! I see one for Lagos that says “Come, we shall deliver you from the Lebanese woman”. Lebanese woman ke. Where we dey go.

If you want to enjoy exponential success you must forget who you are in the flesh and humble yourself to be trained and led by people who know these things regardless of their age. If you want to enter the 10 per cent of any nation, profession or job, it’s possible but you need to be obsessed with competence. I never knew who Pastor Korede komaiya was but He flew to London to meet my wife and said “God said if I must break through in Warri, I must connect to Pastor Matthew”. He went to the right person, when my wife is asking I don’t have a choice. First time I met Pastor Korede was when I landed in Warri to speak. That’s obsession because you need shoulders to stand so that you can see farther than you have seen. You only get what you deserve and you only deserve it because you pursue it. Raise your competence level.

3. CONCENTRATION
   Too many people are distracted, even in ministry you can be distracted. Social Media is one of the biggest distractions. If your business is not doing well it does not mean your life is not doing well. Only events fail, people don’t fail. My last year in Barbers School that was in 1976, 45 years ago I organised a crusade in Modakeke, Osun State. I set up a thousand chairs and about 6 adults and eleven children came. The crusade failed but I did not fail. At that time all I was doing was fasting, I didn’t know after fasting comes publicity. I did not publicize I just thought the people will show up, the power will draw them. Them no come oh.

Stop the distraction, shut the phones down. Let there be times you are not answering calls. Those social media applications were created for you not to leave. If you are on Instagram you keep scrolling without end and before you know two hours don go. Make the main thing the main thing, Focus on your own life. Concentrate! When KICC started, for the first eleven years I didn’t leave home. My friends will want to invite me but I won’t leave home. Pastor, the proof of ministry is not invitations, don’t make that the way to measure your ministry. In fact the only way they will invite you is because you have ground success in your own place. Concentrate on the major; concentrate on raising your people. Raise leaders and let the leaders raise the church.

4. CONSTRAINT
   A constraint is anything that can stop your exponential. Some of us are distracted by some lady around, some of us are distracted by some guy around, we are distracted by yesterday’s success. Some of us, we are distracted because a bigger business came to town. Up your game, upgrade, do what has not been seen before.
   A constraint is anything that is hindering you or holding you. The factor that will hinder or help you. Many are gifted but their constraint has determined how far they will go. Try to change that one thing that is holding you, move to a new level, break out of it. See yourself prospering.
5. CONTINUOUS LEARNING
   I read four books a week. I go through the whole Bible a month. This is November and I have finished the eleventh and I am now in Exodus for the twelfth time before the twelfth month. Continuous learning is what keeps you on the cutting edge. It makes you available and sellable. Continuous learning makes the world want to connect with you. Everyone who went to Bible school with me has been retired by the Foursquare Church but the same Church invited me to come and speak 29 years after I left. I ministered with Bishop Oyedepo. He ministered in the morning and I ministered in the evening. Warren Buffet is 86 but he reads for 3-5 hours every day. If you don’t stroke your brain, you will get dementia quickly. Continuous learning is what makes you exponential. Eat books on your area of specialty. When I stepped out of the denomination I used to belong (Foursquare) to start KICC I ordered 200 books on Church Growth.

I was raised in a Bible School and they didn’t realize that the DNA of my Bible school trains you to only pastor 200 people. To break out of that DNA, I needed to do something. Flood your minds with ideas, KICC is a major study of Masters and Ph.D. students of reputable universities all over the world because we have a trend for Church Growth.

• You are hearing me tonight, today is the poorest you will ever be.
• You will be a stranger to failure. You will succeed, you will achieve, you will break forth.

1. COMMITTMENT
   Put your whole heart in what you do, put all of your strength. Exponential wealth comes from commitment, exponential ministerial success comes from commitment.

• I pray for you that everything you are committed to will open up for you.

1. COURAGE TO DO
   Begin somewhere today and face failure, don’t walk away. If it’s going to be it’s up to me. Church Gist. Start all over if you need to but never give up because you are on your way to exponential success.
2. COMPOUND YOUR SUCCESS
   Albert Einstein said “the eighth wonder of the world is the miracle of compounding”. When you take money and invest it, it compounds. Businessman stop eating your harvest, invest it and buy land again and keep the land bank. Be a land bank. Compound your success. Adopt the 10x approach. 10x means anything you do, multiply several times. Use every platform you know, make so much noise about your product. Stop talking about weakness.

I have been to Israel 7 times, the first time I went to Israel I went to preach for GOD TV and the number one place I wanted to go to is the pool of Bethesda. I want to see wetin the man sit by, we got there and the pool was the size of this platform.

I was wondering why the man no sit inside so that when angel come to stir up the water he dey inside. Excusitis is a terrible disease that holds you from reaching your highest potential. It’s time for you to compound your business success. If you don’t do something you will become a critic. Go and check all those pastors who attack Pastors. They are on the same spot. People who are moving, have no time to talk about movers.

When God announces you, don’t settle. Yesterday’s miracle can become today’s movement and if you don’t take care, the movement can become a museum. God wants to take you from one level to another. Don’t settle. One man’s exponential growth can bring other people’s exponential growth.

• From today may you move, may your business move. May your work move.
• This will be the beginning of a new beginning for you.
• Answers and increase will follow you
• You will know exponential success. Where others failed you will succeed.
• People who mock you will hear your testimony.
• New ideas, new concepts will flood your spirit.
• You are breaking the barrier and you are entering new levels. You will be the next story in town.
• You will go far in life, you will be favoured.
• The divine secrets for exponential success for the world of business, in ministry, in the world of finance shall be exposed to you.
• God will open your eyes, God will guide your steps.
• From tonight, exponential success. The world will hear from you.
