South Africa Artiste, AKA begs everyone to go to church after what happened to his friends

We live in the most devastating times where suicide has taken control over both females and males but mostly males lately. It is so sad and traumatising to experience and see and everyone is confused on what can be done to bring this to a halt. So many strategies have been used to regulate the high rate of people killing themselves every year but nothing seems to alter.

The well-known AKA has been quiet since yesterday after the sad news of Riky Rick passing away. He was still in grief and in a moment of disbelief until the early hours of today where he posted a picture with him and shared what is in his heart. This situation has really triggered AKA because it brings flashbacks of that Sunday morning on the 11th of April when his wife took her own life. May her soul rest in peace.

AKA has taken it to Instagram that the men of this country are damaged and broken and it is so sad because they do not have anyone to talk to. He says the last people he knows who took their lives, 4 of them are men. He is beseeching everyone to pray for men and give them room to express their feelings without having to be labelled as weak and vulnerable.

In his caption, he begged everyone to go back to church and to those who are already going to church he begged that they continue. AKA has already believed that going to church really does emancipate a person mentally, emotionally and spiritually. After the death of his loved one, AKA shared that one of the things that keep him going and strengthening him is going to church, hearing the Word of God and just pray. He has shared it on so many interviews that going to church is so therapeutic and he wishes that everyone could find their way to church.
