Prophet Ezenwa George Ritabbi, founder and senior pastor of Christ As of Old Ministry, said in a video that was released to his church’s official Facebook page a few minutes ago that people should stop binding and casting devils because it is wrong.
The clergyman made the statement sequel to the question that was asked by one of his congregation who said, “What can he do to repeatedly face tragedies and setbacks when evil people in his family have openly declared never to see others progress.”
Prophet Ritabbi, after he told him the solution, added that “It is not the time for people to say Devil I bind you, Devil I cast you.”
He said you should understand that the Devil cannot die and that is why in Jude 1:9, where the angel Michael contends with the devil, Michael dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, “The Lord rebuke you.”
He said when you cast out the Devil today, tomorrow you will see them come. That is because the Devil cannot die. It is not his time to die. He said that is why you don’t leave your prophet.
Also, he would always say to people, “Anyone you know that wants to harm you, harm him before he harms you.”
