God was calling Adam but the call was problematic and had a question mark.
Adam was present but not available.
So many people have great call but there's a wicked covering the devil uses to frustrate a minister. You can’t be a pastor and only be an observer instead of a participator.
It is a century error when you are there and God is looking for someone to use and cannot find you. When a minister is covered
(1) Your beauty is lost
When beauty is lost anointing is commonized.
You may be appreciated but people will commonize you. People can tell you thank you without blessing you.
People may give testimony in your church but go to another place for thanksgiving.
A worker is worthy of his wages. Every minister is looking for a reward both here on earth and in heaven.
(2) Your use is gone
When people prefer your absence to your presence as a minister in your church. When people prefer the guest minister to you as the minister in your church you are expired while still existing.
(3) You will put in your best yet your best is not good enough
You will give your best but people will be seeing your worst. It is an error when a man’s error is amplified and his best hidden. No father that has not made mistakes before but God turned their mistakes to miracle over time. Grace covers error and colours efforts.
(4) Nobody sees your potentials
They know that you are qualified for it but they rather not give it to you.
(5) You will be working and another will be taking the glory
(6) Your best will be covered and your worst will be shown.
(7) They will see you for usage not for celebration.
Let people not see you for usage and not for advertisment.
Stress does not kill but stress without result kills. Your stress can either produce sweat or sweet.
Types of coverage(1) Family Coverage
One of the battles to fight as a minister is the battle for family support. You may be rejected from family members when you are from a contentious family.
(2) Association Coverage
Mind those you mingle with. Friendship is like a ladder, you either go up or down. If you have not done anything about association, you have not anything about acceleration. You must be intentional about your friends. The next stage of your life is determined by two things
The person you met
The person you missed.
Toxicity is not a red flag or warning, it is a cutoff. Sieve yourself of anyone who is not cultured around you.
(3) Past Coverage
When satan wants to fight you he does so because of the coverage of your past.
(4) Coverage by Manipulation
When a minister is heavily manipulated, his calling is questioned. Apostle Paul said ” the things I don’t want to do, I find myself doing them”. You know what to say but rubbish comes out of your mouth instead when you are manipulated. Wrong investment is also a manipulation. Unproductive activities is a manipulation. Marrying the wrong wife is a manipulation. Appointing the wrong people into key positions is a form of manipulation.
When you are covered you are a shadow of yourself. Without coverage you will be at your best.
The greatest enemy of a minister is the blame game. Take responsibility. It is their duty to destroy and spoil things but it is your responsibility to make repairs.
