THE 5 MINISTRY SECRETS I LEARNT FROM 5 NIGHTS OF GLORY:

The Place of Observation is the Place of Revelation. The Universe is a University.
The Man that is Willing to Learn can Learn both from what is taught and what is not taught. As I sat down (physically present) during the 5 Nights of Glory, these are 5 things I learnt that I feel will benefit fellow Pastors.

1. I SAW THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE HOLY SPIRIT AND WORSHIP SONGS: We all sing and listen to music, but there is a consciousness that leads to Healing and Miracles as the songs Pastor David Ibiyeomie loves, is raised.
   It seems there is a spiritual connection between Worship and Wonders. He doesn’t struggle for Miracles to happen. It happens with ease and without sweat. You will know this is the Holy Spirit at work. Just few minutes of Worship, as altar call is made, you see people lining up for testimonies of instant healings.
2. I SAW SOME SELECTED ASSISTANT PASTORS OF SALVATION MINISTRIES PREACH EACH NIGHT:
   Can you remember the last time your General Overseer did a major program and feature any Assistant Pastor? How do you organise a week-long program with three teaching sessions daily, and you preached every day in all three sessions. Some Leaders don’t know when the congregation seems to be tired of hearing them alone. Papa Ibiyeomie said “if you don’t raise Successors, you will soon fade away”. Elijah raised Elisha, Elisha erased Gehazi.
   Moses raised Joshua, Joshua raised no one.
   Some Senior Pastors will even travel out of town and ask the people to watch a recorded video as the Wednesday messsge with all full time Pastors seated and watching helplessly. We just finished our Annual 21 Days Fast, I ministered only 3 times, my wife ministered twice, all my 7 Assistant Pastors took 2 days each.
   And the result this year is the best since we started it.
3. I SAW MAMA PEACE IBIYEOMIE CLIMB THE ALTAR ONLY TWICE IN A WEEK LONG PROGRAM:
   She took offering on Monday evening, and the first message on Friday evening. Hope you know how some Pastors’ wives will be jumping all over the Altar and Auditorium just to prove they are the Founder’s wife.
   I saw Mama Ibiyeomie sit down and never stood up until after the service. Very disciplined.
   Pastors’ wives should reduce their movement during service. The people did not come to see you, they came to see God.
   I was shocked to hear a Pastor’s wife say the other day, “my husband asked me to preach along the theme of the month, but as I came to the Altar, God said I should leave the message my husband gave me and prophesy today”.
   Haba, who trained these women?
   ONE OF THE BEST GIFTS GOD WILL GIVE TO A MAN OF GOD IS A GIFTED WIFE, BUT IF YOU DON’T REGULATE THAT GIFT, IT WILL ACCELERATE YOUR GRIEF.
   Some Pastors even give their Wife church offerings to go and count at home.
   My brother, are we running Okoro and Wife Enterprise or we are running a Divine Mandate? You can secure the position and posterity of your wife without allowing people see you as a man whose wife is not under subjection.
   Be wise.
4. I SAW ARCHBISHOP JOHN PRAISE, APOSTLE ZILLY AGGREY AND SEVERAL OTHER FATHERS SEATED DAILY, HEARING AND RECEIVING THE WORD:
   Only God knows where this present generation of Pastors got their pride from.
   Young boys in ministry that will never attend any conference unless they are the ones preaching.
   Please throw away your titles and ordination dates, it has nothing to do with God’s dealing with you.
   It’s a pity Fathers are learning from Fathers, but Sons are all over the places fighting themselves.
5. I LEARNT AGAIN AND AGAIN THAT GIVING TO YOUR PROPHET WORKS WONDERS:
   I heard from the mouth of my Father, Pastor KK, when he was asked to take the offering on Friday morning, how he entered a Covenant of one month one car to Papa Ibiyeomie all through the year 2018.
   He gave out 12 cars in all. And as a ministry they were blessed same year with 143 cars.
   As he arrived the 5 Nights of Glory, he gave an offering of 2.5 million to Papa David Ibiyeomie, same week he was blessed with a financial increase of 32 million Naira.
   In conclusion, he said “if you are a General Overseer that is not a Giver, welcome to a world of members that must compulsorily be poor because their Shepherd is not a Giver himself.

I believe someone must have been encouraged with what I learnt.
