The speech that follows was inspired by a picture of some great men of God taking notes. It was delivered by Mike Bamiloye.

Mike Bamiloye, the founder of Mount Zion Faith Ministries, recently posted a photo on his Facebook page. Pastor Adeboye, Bishop Oyedepo, and Bishop Wale Oke could be seen taking notes in the photo.

Mike Bamiloye commented on the image, saying it emphasizes humility and an open mind. He stated in his own words:

“I believe I recognize Daddy Wale.” OKE, I believe I can see Bishop David Oyedepo. Pastor Enoch Adeboye, my father, is present, I believe.

Baba Pastor Felix Omobude is now visible to me.

I believe I can see them making some notes in their notebooks.

Eheee! These Fathers of Faith were listening and taking notes while someone was preaching. What exactly was the preacher advocating? Children of religious backgrounds were likely present, enjoying themselves while taking in the sights. There were probably some young men of religion present who didn’t give a damn about what was being said. Some people could have gone to hear the English pronunciation. Perhaps other people went to meet up with pals. While they themselves were seated there listening to whatever it was that was being preached, some may have come to hear Baba Adeboye and Bishop Oyedepo.

TEACHABLE SPIRIT CAN BE SEEN AND LEARNED HERE.

I receive the spirit that would allow me to be contrite enough to learn from Jesus’ feet.

May I never reach a point in ministry where I am unable to listen to God’s Word.
