Prayer sometimes requires you to have alone time with God. Having a separate room for prayer is very important for an effective prayer life. Such a room is always filled with anointing and power because spiritual words are always spoken in such a place. A prayer room is also referred to as a spiritual war room. This is the room where you fight your battles spiritually; a place where you quietly communicate with God.
The war room can even be part of your closet or wardrobe, a little space in your room where you study your Bible at all times. A place that is separate from the rest of the room for prayer and Bible study purposes. However, here below are the importance of having a prayer war room in your home;

The war room will help you draw out your prayer plans effectively because you are not distracted by someone else. It’s a place where you write down all your prayer points and also note all the prayers God has answered as well.
2. A place to privately talk to God alone
This is a place you have and share with God alone. As a married person, you can share it with your spouse to build a stronger union with God.
3. A place you regard as a sanctuary
This will be a place of safety and protection as well. This is because the spirit of God dwells in there and for that, his presence is always in that area. It’s also a Holy ground and because of that, it is also a sanctuary.
