Apostle Ayo Babalola was the renowned founder and first General Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church. His ministry started when he joined the Faith Tabernacle Church of Pa Shadare (later Eshinshinade), and others in the late 20s. Till present day, his spiritual prowess at the Odo Owa 1930 revival in Ilesa, was it that sparked the revival that lasted till present day. One thing was very significant with the cleric, he was a praying machine. In this respect, Ndepo Tv has shared a message on their platform in respect of the secret that God revealed to the Apostle which turned him into a mighty man of prayer.
As shared by Ndepo Tv, the great Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola was renowned for intense prayers. It could be said that prayer was the primary business of his life. He did not just become a man of prayer overnight. There is no doubt that he was baptized with the spirit of prayer but moreover, he had a personal revelation that turned him into a mighty man of prayer. On a particular day, while he prayed on one of the the mountains of prayer he had established in his lifetime, (Oke Isegun) the mountain of victory at Efon Alaaye, in Ekiti State, Ayo Babalola had a spiritual encounter.
In the revelation, he saw a big warehouse that contained all the good things of life. Both physical and spiritual blessings were kept in this big store. In the revelation, as shared by Ndepo Tv, the Apostle saw that the warehouse was padlocked. Ayo Babalola then asked the Lord to give him the key to the storehouse. A small box was delivered into his hand. When he opened the box , he found the word “Prayer”, written boldly in the box.
It was from this revelation that he knew that all that God has for the believers can be accessed through prayers. This was the genesis of the fervent prayer life of Apostle Ayo Babalola. From there, he learnt that, every dream is a call to pray. Prayer is the force that make things happen in the Spirit realm. Every prophecy is a call for fervent prayers. Every dream that you do not turn to prayer will ever remain a mystery. Every Prophetic word that you do not turn into a Prophetic prayer will end up frustrating your life. Prayer is the force that turn around all negativity to positivity.
God revealed the mystery of greatness and dominion in life to the great Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola, hence, he became a spectacular entity through which the apostolic move of God in the nation was established. Right from his days, the ministry of intensity in prayer was established and believers pay more stringent attention to prayers and ceaseless supplications before God.
He rewarded him with the grace to stay in his presence for days. He could pray for days non stop. The more you pray, the more you see the need to pray. The more you pray, the more you see reasons why you should pray more. And the more you pray, the more you have personal revelation of God.
