Pastor Dr Paul Enenche. The founder and general overseer of Dunamis International Gospel Centre said; what brought majority of the people to church nowadays is miracles, blessings which were not so when he was newly saved.
Paul Enenche made the statement in a video that was uploaded on the church’s youtube channel some hours ago where he ministered on “preparation of the soul-winning”. He was speaking about three categories of people. Those who serve themselves; those who serve the Devil, and those who serve God.
He revealed that while those who serve the devil, serve him with impunity, strength, and with assurance, those who claim to be serving God, the majority are just going to church for miracles and blessings. Dr Enenche recalled that when he came to the Lord in the 70s and early 80s, he was not aware that there were benefits in serving God, “all I know is that God created us and we must serve him” he said.
He lastly advised that going to church for miracles and blessings should not be the sole reason for going to church; but going to church should be with the heart to worship and to honour God.
