Pastor David Ibiyeomie, the founder and senior pastor of Salvation Ministries spoke on “Wisdom For Positive Self-image” at Salvation Ministries Home of Success, April Week of Spiritual Empowerment, Day 3. He advised his members against having low self-esteem and sends an important message to African leaders.
According to Church Gist, he said that we have over 7 billion people on earth, and many people are fighting over self-esteem. This is what they fight with, it’s inside o. “Black, white, green, yellow, don’t have any complex. Complex is very powerful,” he said. He then revealed that Nigerian leaders, African leaders will go to United Nations and say “please you need to help the Africans, poor Nation.” He said that you’d see a president using two hands to shake another president and somebody like Donald Trump who is very proud, will bring out his hand in a very funny way, then the African leaders will now have to pay respect. According to him, that is low self-esteem.
“They voted the man as a president, they voted you as a president, when you meet there, you shake as presidents. You are the president of your Nation, and he is also the president of his Nation,” he said. He then revealed that when you meet him with his gospel, with the little result he has, he will make you look stupid and by the time you make noise, he will say “Glory to God.”
Speaking further, he was speaking to somebody who was bragging about his church and he told the man that his church is a home cell in Salvation Ministries. Immediately, all the bragging in him died as he told him that the number he is calling is home cell. If you think you will intimidate me, I will intimidate you.
