“This Was What God Told Me” – Pastor Abraham Reveals Why He Charges Members N310,000 To Take Them To Heaven

Pastor Ade Abraham of Christ High Commission Ministry, popularly known as Royal Christ Assembly, Kaduna State, said he had authority from God to charge his members N310,000 to make heaven.

Pastor Noah Abraham was allegedly collecting money from members of his congregation on the promise of taking them to heaven after the rapture, according to the Ekiti State police command.

The pastor of the church, which is located in Omuo-Ekiti in Ekiti State’s Ekiti East Local Government Area, is reported to have instructed followers to move to the church and pay N310,000 each to gain entry to heaven at the end of the world.

In what he characterized as preparation for the arrival of Jesus Christ, otherwise known as the rapture, Abraham detained about 40 people in his church at the Araromi-Ugbesi in Omuo-Oke, Ekiti State.

Some of his church members are believed to have sold their possessions in the hopes of meeting Jesus while camping at his church, while others are said to have abandoned their families who refused to live with them.

The pastor believes that a “great castle” will drop from heaven and land on his church, where members will dwell eternally with the “one who sent him,” according to BBC Pidgin.
