This Was What happened when Bishop Oyedepo Came To Our class during the African Invasion Project in 1995 – Pastor David Ibiyeomie Reveals

Pastor David Ibiyeomie, the General Overseer of Salvation Ministries, has narrated what happened when Bishop David Oyedepo (the General Overseer of Living Faith Church) came to their class during the African Invasion Project in 1995. What happened, according to him, was that they prayed from morning till evening.

Speaking further, Pastor Ibiyeomie said Bishop Oyedepo spearheaded the prayer sessions with other pastors in the venue and that they only observed short break periods. He disclosed that some people could not cope with the long prayers as they were not used to them. The result was that the church had a massive growth in 1996.

“Bishop Oyedepo came to our class during the African Invasion Project in 1995 and we prayed from morning till evening. He led the prayers alongside the Pastors with us. We only went on short breaks and resumed. Some could not stand it. That was the first time we saw prayer. We prayed Monday to Friday before the church joined and by 1996, the church had exploded”, he narrated.
