Probably they would have to abide by the New Testament Pattern which is even upward to 100% of your Earnings.

The Disciples in the Early Church sold their lands and laid All the proceeds at Apostles feet.
I have seen Men of God selling their Car to finance a Crusade.
I have heard of Men of God using their Houses as Collateral to get loans to do projects for the Lord.

Your TITHES and OFFERINGS hang on this UNBREAKABLE Biblical Principle:
2 Corinthians 9:6 NKJV
“But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.”

When the Lord is the Lord over your entire life, 10% Tithe becomes too small to give the Lord.
He becomes the Master over Your life and All That you have.
