Throwback to when Pastor Kumuyi’s Son went against the church tradition to host a Flamboyant Wedding

Pastor Williams Kumuyi is the General Overseer of Deeper Life Bible Church, the church is highly spirited filled and has a strict doctrine that members are to follow some which includes; no flamboyant weddings, ladies are not allowed to put on make-ups and jewelries, women are not allowed to wear bodycon or tight fitted outfit to mention but a few; these rules were adhered to by the followers, but into 2013, history was made in the church, as the tradition was broken by no other than the General Overseers son; John Kumuyi.

John Kumuyi and his significant other, Love had engaged with acts, which went against the church doctrine during their wedding held in Jamaica on June 15, 2013. Love, who is a daughter of the National Overseer of Deeper Life Bible Church, Jamaica, Pastor Augustine Odih, was wearing a fitted beautiful wedding outfit with straightforward short sleeves. She likewise wore cosmetics, adornments, and conveyed a bunch of roses. The couple were conveyed in a limousine, and had a gigantic wedding cake.

Man-made doctrines does not guarantee followers or Christians a place in heaven because someone is following God doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have the freedom to live your own life. Christianity entails a heart free of evil and not by following a man- made doctrines.
