Death of a loved one is always painful to bear especially when the deceased was a closed relative. The family of Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, founder of Fountain Of Life Church, is currently bereaved after the of his second wife, Pastor (Mrs) Nomthi Odukoya. Many people have taken to the social media to pay tribute to the late Nomthai Odukoya.
Her death was announced yesterday, Tuesday, November 9, 2021 by the Church through their social media page. According to the message, the revealed that the late Pastor’s wife died after years of battling with cancer.
Many people have reacted the death of Mrs Nomthai Odukoya. She was been described as a caring, loving and passionate woman who ever allowed her health challenge stopped her from serving God and humanity.
One of those who have paid tribute to her is her step daughter, Tolu Odukoya Ijogun. In her tribute, Tolu described her late step mother as “a beautiful light, an authentic Christian and a Woman that truly loved God.”
Tolu Odukoya-Ijogun is the first daughter of the late Pastor Bimbo Odukoya, said her late step mother was a fighter and assured that “Cancer didn’t win” rather “God wanted you all to himself and called you home.”
She narrated how late Mrs Nomthai Odukoya loved their father and every member of the family. Tolu said her late step mother is a loveable person everyone would love to associate with. Told added that they will greatly miss her cares and love.
Late Pastor (Mrs) Nomthi Odukoya got married to Pastor Taiwo Odukoya in 2010 after the man of God lost his first wife, late Pastor Bimbo Odukoya in a plane crash on December 10, 2021 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. According to reports, the plane crashed after it landed at Port Harcourt International airport, killing about 107 passengers onboard.
The marriage between Pastor Taiwo Odukoya and late Pastor (Mrs) Nomthi Odukoya produced two sons.
