What The Sowing Of Seed Into The Life Of An Old Apostle Did For Me – Apostle Joshua Selman
The founder of Eternity Network International, Apostle Joshua Selman, talked to his members on The King Of Glory – Holy Ghost Convention 2022, Day Two Evening Session, The Sword of the Spirit Ministries.
He claims that “It is not required, and it is strictly by revelation, but I can tell you that this is the mystery underlying the rise of many individuals. I know that if used correctly, this theory works. I’ve already planted seeds for the conference and for our father. I would never come to meet our Father if I didn’t have a seed. It doesn’t work for us because we advise people to do it but don’t do it ourselves. That is correct.”
He stated that it was in a city located between Kwara and Ekiti states. He returned from preaching at Afe Babalola University many years ago on his way to board a flight down to Abuja and then back home. He then chose to halt in a little village (Popo, Iragbiji) where he observed individuals who lived for an unknown amount of time. He read the obituaries of persons aged 100 and up. He went on to say that whenever you notice a pattern repeating itself, there is a grace sustaining it. There are spiritual investments inside the Body that may be tapped into with honor and discernment.
He then added that when he stopped, he couldn’t speak Yoruba, so I begged them to hunt out the city’s oldest guy right away. I only want to prepare our hearts to receive. I came to a halt when I noticed a man who had just died at the age of 136. It seemed unbelievable to me. What about in Nigeria? I know the sort of call God has for me, the kind of call that keeps me on the verge of death. So when I come across a longevity anointing, I tap into it with wisdom. I’ve been in the midst of several crises from my days in Zaria and the North, long before the Lord led me to Abuja. I understand what it’s like to be on the verge of death. I know that mankind are preserved by their understanding.
He then stated that he was carrying a seed and eventually approached a man who spoke poor English and requested, “Please take us to whoever was the oldest there.” They entered a chamber and saw a man who appeared to be a senior Apostle and a man of God. They will have to interpret for him because he was speaking. “Baba, we are men of God, we simply want to honor you and have you bless us,” he continued. He reclined back in his chair, chuckled, and said, “Kneel down.”
Finally, he stated: “Those who have it are aware that they have it. This is an actual tale. I went down on my knees with my sperm, and he started speaking Yoruba to me. I didn’t understand a word he said, but I felt like a crown was being placed on my head.”
