TEXT: John 16:20-22
Anytime you are carrying something in the womb of your future, it is expected that your pains and complaints will increase.
Anytime you are incubating something in the womb of destiny, it is expected for you to be uncomfortable.
That thing you think is a challenge is actually a pregnancy process for your future. When a woman is pregnant she feels uncomfortable. Any woman that is not feeling the impact of her pregnancy stole the pregnancy.
No matter what the challenge is, it is tied to a time zone. Whatever you are bankrupt of today, you shall be buoyant of it tomorrow. The first thing you must do to have joy is you must exhibit strength.
If you want joy you must intentionally exhibit strength. Strength is a force that you must exhibit to experience joy.
The more weakness you show, the more wickedness the world shows you. Your weakness is a raw material for them to fight you. Nobody should know your challenge by your facial expression.
The countenance you wear determines the spirit you attract. The spirit you attract is tied to the countenance you wear. 1 Samuel 16:12 “And he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, and withal of a beautiful countenance, and goodly to look to. And the LORD said, Arise, anoint him: for this is he”.
Your countenance is your essence. Your face speaks more than your words. Genesis 4:5 “But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell”. Genesis 31:2 “And Jacob beheld the countenance of Laban and, behold, it was not toward him as before”.
Your depression cannot change your condition. Your depression multiplies your sorrow. God does not work with emotions, God works with principles.
Isaiah 12:3 “Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation”.
Your greatness starts with your affirmation. Your testimony starts with your sentence. Your statement is an immune booster for the Holy Ghost to take action. Do not let anybody’s utterance be your reality. Speak life into everything around you.
We do not speak our condition, we speak our destination. Start behaving like your expected outcome. You must give God a platform to manifest.
Joy is an overflow of your intimacy with the Holy Spirit. The presence of God gives you joy. There are things you cannot enjoy spiritually unless you have a joyful attitude. Numbers 6:26 “The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee”.
Psalms 16:11 “Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore”.
Diplomacy is a sweet way to handle situations. When people insult you, be nice to them. When people disrespect you, respect them.
1 Samuel 1:18 “And she said, Let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight. So the woman went her way, and did eat and her countenance was no more sad”.
The enemy cannot claim victory over you until you give up. Do not mistake your overhauling period for rejection.
Proverbs 24:10 If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.
