Why Some Christians Have A Difficult Life: Bishop Oyedepo’s Explanation

At the Faith Tabernacle in Canaanland’s First Sunday Service, Bishop David Oyedepo, General Overseer of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, gave a speech.

He claimed, “In 1983, a young man approached me and stated, “If I only had someone to assist me in gaining access to U.I. I responded by saying that’s why God didn’t appear—you’re searching for a man. God, who is all-powerful, has nothing to do with a man’s legs. I placed my hands on him while I was reading to him from Psalm 147. God does not depend on a horse’s or a man’s legs for strength.

Then Jesus explained why some Christians have such difficult lives. “Consultants, contractors, trust your God; He will make a path where there is no way.” “We know no man to have received this land; there is no high chief, low chief, or any chief, and favor gave it to us,” he stated. “You have been counting on men; that is why life is so terrible for you.”

This week is proclaimed “a week of the fear of the Lord” and “a week of indisputable manifestations of favor.” Every item on your heart or on your paper where you wish favor is provided to you, he prayed. “What no man can offer you favor will deliver it into your hand.”
