The presiding Bishop of the Living Faith Church, which is also known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, has revealed why the University of Lagos and University of Ibadan are ranked higher than Covenant University.
The man of God said that every prophetic instruction is in line with the Scriptures and is ordained to change people’s stories. Oyedepo said,
“The University of Ibadan and UNILAG are ranked better than Covenant University because they existed before Covenant University. They are taking advantage of age in the two parameters of international reputations.” He said that when Solomon neglected his God, he became the greatest fool. Recall that the 2023 Times Higher Education World University Rankings revealed that the UI and UNILAG are ranked 401–500th out of over 1,799 institutions across the world. He said this while preaching at New Dawn Banquet.
