Have you ever thought that God does not care about the little problems you have? Have you ever believed that you should only come to God when you have big challenges? Do you still believe that God has a lot on his plate and should not be bothered by your little problem? Well, I am here to cast away that misconception with this article.
God cares about you and every detail of your life, whether it is massive or infinitesimal. The Bible commands us in 1 Peter 5:7, to cast all our burdens on God because he cares for us. One area God manifests his care for us is in the area of our health. If God did not care for our health, Jesus wouldn’t have been striped for our healing. God wants you to receive your healing, whether it’s from a terminal disease like cancer, or a small sickness like insomnia.
Kenneth Copeland said it best when he said that the blood of Jesus covers everything. There is no sickness too big that Jesus cannot take away, neither is there anyone too insignificant that he’ll ignore it.
Reject any teaching that encourages you to believe that you can only come to God when the disease is life threatening. That’s not true. In the gospels, Jesus healed every single disease, from something as serious as leprosy, or a woman with a flow of blood, to something as simple as fever. All he wants you to do is call to him and receive. Be blessed.
