Popular Nigerian televangelist, and founder and senior pastor of Salvation Ministries, in Port Harcourt, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, revealed in one of his messages, that there is no Corona Virus in Nigeria, he made references to what the owner of Africa Independent Television, Chief Raymond Dokpesi said about the treatment, how he and his family were treated with malaria drugs, he also said that they are using the corona virus to embezzle “small small” money, and that malaria even kills more people that the Corona virus.
The message didn’t sit well with many Nigerians, including one US-Based Doctor, Dr Idee Charles, who blasted the Pastor and called him insensitive, asking how would a Microbiologist like him willcall Covid-19, Malaria. She went further, to ask why people are clapping for him, generally insinuating that the General Overseer of Salvation Ministries, does not have any empathy.
Well, one of his spiritual sons and loyalists have also taken to his Facebook page, to lay a curse on the US-based doctor, for talking to his Father in such manner:
“For speaking against my father David Ibiyeomie, just know that ur end time has come on earth, “touch not my anointed and do them no harm” the scripture cannot be broken. Isaiah 47:11, evil shall come upon u…, mischief shall rise against u and desolation shall be ur portion, this verse will torment u to destruction.”
