1. Oyedepo built a 50,000 capacity church in 1999, which became one of the world’s megachurches.
According to credible sources, in 1999, Faith Tabernacle – LFC’s headquarter church – was built in less than a year and more so, it was built without pillars, making the church building globally recognized.

It was in Canaanland that the ministry decided to build the 50,000 capacity Faith Tabernacle, which eventually was placed among the list of world mega-churches in the early 2000s, thereby placing the Nigerian church on a global scale.
2. Oyedepo has invited the majority of the world-renowned pastors to Canaanland over the years
As his influence has grown over the years, Oyedepo has been able to build solid ministry friendships with top global ministers, whose ministers are well known and respected across the globe.
For instance, when Myles Munroe was at his peak in ministry, Oyedepo invited him to Canaanland in 2002, and according to Pulse NG Munroe and Oyedepo were best of friends, so much so that Oyedepo called the former his ‘twin brother ‘ during his tribute to him.
