Dola Indidis a Kenyan lawyer made an history in the world filing the case against the Jewish leaders for launching arrest, crucification and death sentence of Jesus Christ

His main target was the religious leaders during the days of Jesus Christ this includes the Roman emperor Tiberius,the Roman King Herod,the Judean governor Pontius Pilate as well as the Jewish chief priest

Indidis who brought the matter to high court of Kenya in 2007 did not succeed because the court refused to hear citing it has lack of jurisdiction and it was impossible even to consider the case has stated by other lawyers

According to the Bible especially the new testament narrative Jesus Christ had been disturbing the social norms by performing miracles and challenging the local authorities

Jewish leaders arrested him during the Passover on blasphemy because he claimed to be son of God they brought Jesus to the authority who was Pontius Pilate to file a case against Jesus but Pilate send them to Herod and Herod sent them back to Pilate

Pilate who claimed he did not have jurisdiction over the case said to the people”I have examined him in your presence and have not found this man guilty I will therefore have him flogged and release”
