However, Bishop David Abioye, the Vice President of the Living Faith Church Worldwide was spotted preaching the gospel. This is not the first time he has done that and it is not the last. It is a real life of humility for someone of his status to be preaching the gospel on the street. According to Church Gist, he said,
“Glory to God Almighty. I and my team went again this evening, witnessing Jesus to the unsaved at Angwan Jaba. We can only preach the word, but it is the Holy Spirit that pricks the heart of sinners and brings them to the point of genuine repentance. To anyone struggling with any form of sin, I pray that you repent and come to the knowledge of God and that the gospel of Jesus Christ fully finds expression in your life tonight in Jesus’ precious name.”
However, this is a call for all believers to take up this challenge and continue to preach the gospel of salvation. The Bible says that there is joy in heaven over one soul that repents. This means that we have to do more on the mission field to make heaven happy. God will help us as we obey in Jesus’ name.
