Pastor, evangelist and multiple-award-winning gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey, explained the hidden meaning embedded in Proverbs 18:22 which says the man who finds a wife finds a treasure, and he receives favour from the Lord.
He said with that verse of the Bible it is the woman who favours the man by marrying him.
With the tweet, he thinks that men should not feel that they are doing any woman a favor by marrying them. He said men should be grateful to God for the treasure he has found.
He advised women not to allow men to make them feel that they are doing them favour by marrying them. He added that this perspective makes men arrogant.
