Faith is absolute trust in God, without considering any other alternative. I hope you paid attention to the phrase “without considering any other alternative.” If you have another person to turn to and receive help from, then it’s not real faith because it’s not an absolute trust in God.
Claiming to have faith in God and yet looking for alternatives everywhere is acting contrary to the claim you’re making, and Bishop David Oyedepo has said that such actions would disqualify you from receiving an answer from God.
