This is in respect of the fact that women are highly moved by emotion. Their ways of handling matters are emotionally motivated hence, things might not be very stable as the man would expect.

According to the cleric, the man is the head hence he is expected to take the lead. The woman is expected to assist in decision making, not making the entire decision. She could likewise, make contributions and suggest solutions wherein needed, all subjected to the approval of the man. The man is the chief, he is the controller of things. In a condition where it turns the other way round, the home would not be as expected or as divinely designed by God. There could be chaos and frictions which could eventually lead to a disastrous marriage.
