There is a story of a man who used to steal meat from his company’s freezer. The company he worked for had this big room where they kept their meat frozen. One day, he went as usual to steal meat, but them when he tried the door handle to leave with the meat he stole, he found the door locked, unable to be open. He began to panic and call for help, but nobody could hear him. Later, when someone came to check the freezer, they found this man lying there dead. The funny thing was that the freezer was not even on. He “froze” to death because he was afraid!
Faith Oyedepo said that fear has torments and when you give in to fear, it begins to torment your body. Looking at the story I told in the opening paragraph, you can see her words are not so far from the truth.
