In a recent video on YouTube, The founder of Dunamis Church Pastor Paul Enenche shed light on the journey of a young man from university to medical school graduation and his quest for love. Through the lens of personal experience, Pastor Enenche imparted valuable wisdom on the importance of defining one’s desires and pursuing them with faith, even in the face of adversity.
The young man, having expressed his desire to find a life partner, sought guidance from Pastor Enenche, who advised him to articulate his ideal partner on paper. “Put on a paper the kind of woman you want to marry,” Pastor Enenche instructed, prompting the young man to compile a comprehensive list encompassing spiritual, physical, and personal attributes.
According to him, “A young man whom we were in the university in those days graduated as a Medical Doctor He said he wants to get married. I said, “put on a paper the kind of woman you want to marry”. So, he gave a description, spiritual things, physical things, everything, it was all complete like that. So, I said to him, “who does this description fit?” And just one person came to mind. I said, “alright. Pray very well, trust the Lord and go and speak with that person” and he went to the person and the person said no. All the friends convinced her to say no and she said no. But I’m using that to give you an example of bringing into the visible. What cannot be defined cannot be found. The sad thing is that that person that said no after 20-something getting close to 30 years is still yet to be located because of friends.”
