How i met my wife – The Winlos finally shared their story

The husband of The Winlos shared a beautiful story of how he met his wife.

When I was single, I was like the hot guy, everybody wants to stay around me. In church, I was a youth copper in the city of asaba, and I was serving in church, and our pastor knows that when it comes to caring for ladies, I do the work perfectly, not that kind of care, I mean biblical or godly care.

When my wife joined our church, and it happens that our pastor was counselling her because she was heartbroken, she had a guy who actually broke her heart. So while pastor was counselling her, our pastor decided to hand her over to me, so that I can help her, so when the pastor called me, I came in and saw a pretty damsel that was crying because she was heartbroken. After that, she became my friend, she joined me in the department I was working with( media department) and so many departments, so when she joined me, we suddenly became friends.

I didn’t look at my wife as someone that am going to date or even marry because she was not my spec, I wanted a lady that has front and back, I liked it big 🤣🤣🤣, so I was not even looking at her, and according to my wife, she said I was not her spec. As time was going I kept meeting ladies but unfortunately I couldn’t find the one I was looking for because physically they were qualified but purpose wise, I realised that they did not fit into the equation.

So one day I was strolling on my street, and I had this thought that I need to get married the next year, and I heard in my spirit that what I was looking for is beside me which is anwili,, so for the first time I just thought of her as a wife, she is a wife material, she is everything I need in a woman, so I made up my mind that I was going to call her immediately and book an appointment or move to her city to see her but suddenly she calls, she told me that she is about to give a guy yes and she needs my counselling, I gave her the best counsel I could.

After that incident, two weeks later she called me and told me she gave the guy a no because they don’t share the same value, so I told her immediately that we are going to see because we need to talk, so after that I went down to the city of asaba, and book an appointment with her and also met her, I told her that I want to build a future with her and currently I don’t have anything going on for me now, I told her that am just following Jesus, so I need her to follow me as I follow Christ, I also told her that if she follows me that I am going to take her round the world and I was saying this by faith because the only property I had was 150000 laptop, after that she told me that I was going to hear from her, three days after she called me and told me she wants to be with me, so she gave me a yes.
