HOW WE GOT 2 LANDED PROPERTIES FOR CHURCH WORTH 80 MILLION NAIRA FOR FREE AFTER GIVING A SACRIFICE

I am Pastor Kolawole Chris Olusegun and this is my wife, Pastor (Mrs) Kolawole.
Last conference, in the month of August, I heard our Father said, on the 25th of August which was on Wednesday, talking about the way of rain and the way of labour. Church Gist. He said, the rain brings favour.
By the grace of God, we have been trusting God for a Church property. For 4 years now, we have been renting. When we had our 2nd year anniversary, the hall we were using, it is a hotel, because of the cars that packed in the hotel, the man increased the rent to 5 million Naira per annum. Because we couldn’t afford that, we looked elsewhere.
We have been trusting God for a Church property. The journey began all the way from Otukpo city in Benue State in 2017, when Daddy came in to the house. We tried, myself and my wife, my wife was the one that introduced me to Dunamis and the only time I came to Abuja I came for Ministers’ Conference which she brought me, trusting God for a change.
God gave me a mandate to run a work for him in Abuja. I was so scared because the only time I had ever come to Abuja was when my wife brought me to Dunamis Conference. was scared to step out, to do the work. He gave me the mandate but there was no boldness to step out. But when Daddy (Dr Pastor Paul Enenche) came in to Otukpo, we were waiting at his gate for him to come out. We were so fortunate. That very day, he was to pray for one woman, opposite his house, Madam Asala or something. We now went in together with that family, we knelt down. That was how Daddy prayed for both of us. Daddy was with Mummy, they prayed for us. Immediately there was this boldness that entered me.
I took a step of faith, I came to Abuja to do the work as God commanded. When I came, I attended the Destiny Recovery Convention and things began to open up. Someone gave me a jeep. We paid 5 years for office complex, my Accountant’s office. There was no property for the Church. We kept on trusting God for the property.
Then this last convention, August, when Daddy was ministering talking about the way of the rain, the way of labour. I got a stirring in my spirit to sow and I went back to the office. I called the Accountant, we paid into Dunamis’ account a sacrifice. We came in for Service that same day and I said, “No, I am not satisfied.” We carried the money, myself and my wife, we came to this altar and we dropped the money. Service had closed. Nobody saw us but God did. We dropped the money and asked God for our own property.
To the glory of God, just yesterday (24th November 2021), 2 lands were given and this is the deed. It was signed yesterday. The person that gave us this property, they were begging her to (sell) the land for 80 million Naira. She refused to sell for 80 million Naira and she gave us free of charge.
And there are 2 lands together, not just one land. 2 lands put together. When the woman brought the C of O, these are the C of O for the 2 lands, to my office, she was still thanking me for the privilege to give us the land.
Yesterday (24th November 2021), after the Morning Session, I went to my office, she came in to sign the deed of gift and handed the whole property to me.
Also the office complex we were using, the Accountant’s office and my wife’s shop, I paid 5 years which is to expire in 2023. The Landlord has been on my neck, begging me, the money had not expired, he kept begging that we should pay more, he wanted to settle his children’s school fees. Now, we paid 2 years extra. When we were to write the cheque. The Landlord is from another religion, something baffled me, when they wrote this cheque for this man, for him to go with this money, which we had paid 2 years (my office, my Accountant’s office, my wife’s shop), then the man said, “Please Pastor, I want to pay my tithes.”
He asked me to write another cheque, remove the tithes of what I am to pay him. I should give it to the Church.
I now asked him, why don’t you take the tithes to the mosque? He now told me, “it is your God that gave light.”
That was how the tithes was paid into the Ministry’s account and God has been so faithful. He has been blessing us all round.
All this is traceable to this grace.
I want to appreciate God for the privilege of connection, the privilege of association.
I want to appreciate Daddy and Mummy for opening our hearts, to receive us.
I want to appreciate my wife, if not for my wife, I wouldn’t have located this grace. Church, help me to celebrate my wife.
… We were privileged to buy a hummer bus, for the Ministry, for evangelism.
Pastor Paul Enenche: Are you hearing something! Refused to sell for 80 million Naira and released it for Church free of charge. If that is not a miracle, what is a miracle?
“If not for my wife, I would not have located this grace”: I was waiting for him to say that.
How many people are candidates of such? Wife located him!
Give the Lord the praise for good wives.
These were people grounded to zero. Before all these things, how was your financial life?
Pastor Kolawole: We couldn’t pay children’s school fees.
Mrs Kolawole: There was a time when my daughter wanted to go to Secondary School and we couldn’t afford the money. She said she wanted Faith Academy, that if it is not Destiny Academy then it should be Faith Academy and we couldn’t afford it. I said going to Goshen will be so tensed. She said the one in Kubwa. We couldn’t pay for the school fees.
Mummy saw me and said, “how is she? She asked about her schooling and said text me the amount, go to the school.” When she saw the fees, she asked me to come over, that was how Joyce’ school fees was paid. Since then, two of them are in Faith Academy, the other one is in KHMS (Kingdom Heritage). It has been stress free.
