It Is Dangerous To Say Amen To The Prayer Of A Pastor You Are Bitter Against – Bishop David Oyedepo

The General Overseer of the Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo spoke at Special Thanksgiving Service, First Service, Faith Tabernacle. During his sermon, he sent some important warnings to his members and said, “My entire heart wants it well with you if you want it well with yourself. If there is any bitterness in any corner of your heart, release it or your captivity remains. Release that man.”

He revealed that they are entering their realm of More Than A Conqueror and advised them not to enter into the realm of becoming a victim. Beware of bitterness against one another; bitterness against any level of Church leadership including Cell Ministers, Zonal Ministers, District/ Province/ Area Pastors; bitterness against your Service Unit leaders and members within your Service units.

He further advised them to avoid bitterness against the leadership of the Church; bitterness against the Church. “I don’t know why you are going to be there if you are always upset about what goes on in Church. What are you there for?” he asked. He said that that is why many are just struggling and struggling, their heart is evil. Every move of God has casualties from the beginning. He then revealed that it is dangerous to say Amen to the prayer of a prophet or an Apostle you are bitter against. It is better you keep quiet.

He then emphasized the fact that they should avoid bitterness against their Pastor or their Founder, if there is anyone. “To have bitterness is costly but to have it against God’s Apostles and Prophets is deadly,” he said. He said that he has always loved it to be well with others, so it has continued to be well with him. He has always longed for, he has always invested his time and energy. “You don’t know where my passion is until when trouble hits, I go after the troubled. But you rejoice when people are troubled, you are far from it,” he said.
