Meet The Humble Contractor In Charge Of Oyedepo’s New Mega Money Legacy Project, “The Ark”

David Oyedepo, the Bishop in charge of the affairs of Living Faith Church Worldwide better known as Winners Chapel has kick-started a new wonder project.

The initiative tagged a legacy project named “The Ark” is designed to be accommodated on 1,000 hectares of land.

Among other things, it will boast of a Twin Tower of 12 storey buildings,100,000 seater place of worship with a rotating Altar, Prayer Booths, a Massive Bookshop, Audio/Visual Theatre, 3,000 capacity Bible School, Food Court, Baptismal pool, accommodations for workers and guests.

The official ground laying for the project was done yesterday, March 26, 2020.

The checks by societynow.ng revealed that Olalekan Adebiyi one of the in-demand contractors across the country – especially regarding public works – is the lead man the builder on the Oyedepo’s Legacy project.

Adebiyi described as “humble” and “considerate” is the front person of Laralek Construction, the company he founded with his wife, Lara Adebiyi.

Laralek is a combination of their first names Lara and Lekan societynow.ng learned.

The added digs by societynow.ng revealed that many are not surprised that Adebiyi is overseeing the bulk of the work on the Legacy project.

Adebiyi is identified as one of the spiritual sons of Oyedepo and is labeled one of the strong members of Winner’s Chapel along with his family.

Insiders disclose that Adebiyi does the bulk of the construction works at Winners Chapel.

The closeness between Oyedepo and the Adebiyis is said to be such that the popular pastor was a guest at the 50th birthday celebration of the Laralek boss.

Sources reveal that Oyedepo is especially fond of using Adebiyi for his construction works because of his reasonable cost and high-quality delivery, especially when handling
Winner’s Chapel’s projects.

Those who should know insist that Adebiyi’s value and knack for knowing who can pay the bill are evident in the work he has done and projects his firm is handling in different parts of the country.

Laralek was a major government contractor in the time of Ambode as the Governor of Lagos State, he retains the same status with the administration of Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Sources disclosed that his good works also earned him the trust of the Governor of Ogun state Dapo Abiodun who has made Laralek Construction a preferred choice.

Sources disclosed that Governor Seyi Makinde is also one of those enamored with the good works, humility, and cost-effectiveness of Adebiyi and his company.
