Court Issues Criminal Summons on Agozi Commedy For Defamation as Pastor Blessed takes fierce Legal Action

It was recalled that Samuel Agozie of Agozi Commedy made a very injurious video claiming that Mercy slept with Nathaniel, and warned Blessed to do DNA, that no wan hear I raised another man’s pikin years later from Blessed, etc

Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, the husband of Minister Mercy Chinwo has filed Direct Criminal Complaint against Agozie for Criminal Defamation through his lawyers led by Pelumi Olajengbesi Esq.

Mercy Chinwo’s husband said the alleged act of Criminal Defamation was carried out through deliberate circulation of injurious falsehood, cyber bullying and cyberstalking. Agozie is to appear on before the court on the 23rd of April, 2024.
