It is no longer news that the third son of the RCCG general overseer was laid to rest at the early hours of Tuesday morning to and his farewell service was done at the RCCG Redemption Camp.

During the song of service, the vice president of Nigeria Yemi Osinbajo and his lovely wife, Dolapo Osinbajo together with some other dignitaries came to honour the late pastor Dare.

After the BBC News Pidgin posted the images showing how the body of the late pastor Dare arrived at the Youth Centre, Redemption camp, a lot of people were emotional as they took to the comment box to send their word of comfort to the family of the deceased. They also asked God to be with the wife and children and grant her the courage to bear the huge loss.

During the Farewell service, Temiloluwa Adeboye made it known that her husband is not yet dead but only sleeping and that they will meet on the Resurrection day. She also went ahead to reveal what his late husband told her before he passed away saying that, he is not afraid to die and that if at all he dies, that means he has fulfilled what God has sent him to do here on earth.

However, on Tuesday, the general overseer of the RCCG made it known doing the farewell service that the death of his son happened for a reason and that God knew before it happened. He went ahead to say that what happened is going to work out for our good as an individual, as family and as a denomination. He went ahead to tell the congregation that he his going to pay more attention to the youths more than ever before. Then he ended his speech by thanking everyone for their support in a time like this.

The body of pastor Dare was carried out of the Redemption camp to the place where he was laid to rest.

Even though he is no more with us, his wife made it known that he lived a righteous life and that is the only thing that matters before God.

We should all learn from the testimonies shared by the family members of pastor Dare, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, Bishop Oyedepo, his wife, and VP Osinbajo said good things about him. Know one knows when death will come knocking, so let live an upright and godly life.
