Putting your Bible under the pillow when you sleep does not chase demons – Paul Enenche.
Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche, the founder and senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Center worldwide spoke to his members on “The Profit Of The Word Of God” at September 2023 Sunday Morning Anointing Service – First Service || Glory Dome, Abuja.
According to him, “God’s servant, Papa Oyedepo said many years ago, your sense of value determines the flow of virtue. Revelation belongs to desperation. Insight follows interest, you can never have insight where you lack interest. God will not force on you with what does not interest you. He won’t bother you with what does not bother you. He didn’t stop because He saw crowd, He would have continued moving but they pressed on Him.”
He then said, “It takes pressure to access the precious. The precious matters of the world answer for those who put pressure. You know, the devil knows that your destiny is located in the Word, you know that? Your inheritance of health, wisdom, supernatural supply, authority and royalty and spiritual power over demons is inside the Word, so, the devil makes you to have no appetite for the Word.”
Further, he said, “The only day you carry the Bible is on Sunday, the Bible does not open again till next Sunday. You can watch movie for 3 hours, you can listen to all manner of things but not the Word for 30 minutes. It is like a child dying of malnutrition but feeding on ice cream. Please understand that Church going alone does not change your life, it is access to the content of the book. Not just carrying the Bible, carrying the Bible and knowing what the Bible carries.”
Finally, he said, “It’s one thing to carry the Bible and it’s another thing to know what the Bible carries. Putting the Bible under the pillow will not drive demons, it is the revelation inside the head that drives the demons.”
